1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • anonymous users accessing Serviso.ai without an account;
  • registered users who create an account;
  • all interactions with the Platform via https://serviso.ai.

2.1 Anonymous Use (No Account)

When you use the Platform anonymously:

  • We do not collect personal identifying information.
  • We generate a one-way encrypted hash to:
    • enforce free-usage limits,
    • prevent abuse,
    • ensure service stability.

This hash:

  • cannot be reversed,
  • cannot be used to identify you,
  • is not linked to your real identity.

No names, emails, IP-based profiles, or device fingerprints are stored for anonymous users.

2.2 Registered Accounts

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address (required for authentication, account access, and service communication).

A personal account used only to search and contact Providers does not require your real name, phone number, or physical address. We do not collect payment card details; any payments are handled by third-party payment providers, if applicable.

2.3 Business and Provider Profiles

If you claim or maintain a Provider listing, we additionally collect the information you submit or that appears in the listing, such as:

  • business name and street address,
  • service locations (country, state, city) and a location URL,
  • contact details, including phone numbers and email addresses,
  • services offered, pricing, and working hours,
  • specialties, licenses, certifications, and social or website links.

This information is published as part of your public Provider listing so that users can find and contact you. To verify a business claim, we send a one-time code to a listed phone number or email address.

2.4 Usage and Technical Data

We may process limited technical data strictly necessary for operation and security, including:

  • usage counts, such as assistant interactions and requests,
  • messages you send to the AI assistant,
  • timestamps,
  • system logs related to errors or abuse prevention.

This data is:

  • minimized,
  • not used for advertising,
  • not sold or shared for profiling purposes.

3. How We Use Data

We use collected data solely to:

  • provide and operate the Platform;
  • display Provider listings and help connect users with Providers;
  • enforce usage limits and verify business claims;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse;
  • improve system performance and reliability;
  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data for:

  • targeted advertising,
  • behavioral tracking,
  • third-party marketing.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process data under the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interest – platform security, abuse prevention, service integrity;
  • Contractual necessity – providing the Platform, accounts, and any paid features to registered users;
  • Legal obligation – compliance with applicable laws.

  • Anonymous hash identifiers are retained only as long as necessary to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
  • Account email addresses are retained while the account remains active.
  • Provider listing details are retained while the listing remains active or claimed.

Data may be shared only:

  • with essential service providers (e.g., hosting, email delivery), under strict confidentiality;
